they're largely produced through the same processes today, along with iced tea.
it's something you have to make yourself.
yeah so we can bore a hole in our stomach.
that's what all this stuff is about, really.
you can make alkaline carbonation, and it used to be a regular cause of stomach holing in the 19th century. easier to get some fizz in your snake oil if you scooped up some of the mercury runoff from hydro-mining.
Cruciferous vegetables and fermented foods! YUM & GOOD for YOU! (gut microbiome and mitochondria)
then on the other hand -
Avoid highly processed foods(cereals), and avoid NASTY additives like: benzoates, nitrites/nitrates, aspartame/acesulfame potassium(artificial sweeteners), BHA & BHT, TBHQ, high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, sodium sulfite, maltodextrin, and other crap like artificial food dyes(RED 40)... AND avoid GMO wheat/grains and other bio-engineered junk.
There's quite a big list of unhealthy junk that they put in our foods in order to "preserve them" or gain profit.
ALSO look up "Dirty Dozen foods" & "Clean 15 foods":
fruits and vegetables with the most pesticides in 2023.
Strawberries.
Spinach.
Kale, collard & mustard greens.
Peaches.
Pears.
Nectarines.
Apples.
Grapes.
Sad to know that you might not be able to stay healthy even with "healthy foods" since they've been tainted with pesticides!
The food/agriculture industry is a f'kng tainted toxic ME$$!!!!
*grow your own if you can.
Also I would say....sour cabbage. But not undergo heat treatment because it loses its good bacteria. Must be naturally fermented
That article shows that blueberries have a P.H. level of 3.3-3.5. Higher values are less acidic and more alkaline, so if Coca Cola has a P.H. of 2.5, it is more acidic than a blueberry, not less.
