You are right to question this.
It has been determined by top veterinary minds that he does not have them.
Basically, he was a Kickboxer and then became some sort of guru for young men. Non of what he says is actually bad, he just wraps it in quite an aggressive " no-place-to-argue-what-I-say " manner, which gets many people triggered, especially men that are more on the feminine side and do not have the willpower or backbone to stand up against modern society values and de-masculinisation.
Dont ask on here who he is, people will just tell you nonsense or send you out of context video clips.
Part of TED Talk TM $ that entire left is. Figured out to make the left and tribe angry because their political polices founds/ $ and propaganda they heavy invest ,are being wasted because he was talking right theories as to kids, and managed to grab the TED $/ motivational industry $ market while at it.
He had also done what majority of what ass clowns in left mainstream media clearly has no problem putting it if is left in fact promoting it when it comes to "toxic masculinity" with their manchilds largely.

Most instances of royal crime lead back to some mental issue like this, and the crown's fairly recent history of mitigating mental health, in support of its pharmaceutical industry, and in opposition to the US', has had this result.
Not that I care either way, the whole "maintain frame, have game, pickup arts, etc" is what the gov wants guys to do/think anyway.

Most of what he says as well, most importantly, the message he tries to create with it is obviously "bad." He has the perspective of a twelve year-old and is exactly the sort of person one would not want around or influencing adolescent males.
It's sad that adolescents and even young adults look to this person for advice. Parenting is broken and their social support system is nonexistent...
I think they gave him a fake deal to see what he does. Maybe if he behaves the deal will be real; maybe the deal was never real and he'll face scrutiny for the rest of his life. Maybe they'll have agents permanently assigned to entrap him; he got caught so he's dead weight now.
Pretty standard practice during the 1-year waiting period; it's a pretty serious issue and the crown doesn't like people like that wandering around, making everyone look bad.
