no1 knows but here is a german chocolate buns recipe

Zutaten
50 g Butter
500 g Mehl
1 Pck. Trockenhefe
75 g Zucker
½ TL Salz
1 Ei
50 g Butter
250 ml Milch
75 g Schokotropfen
Zum Bestreichen:
1 Eigelb
2 EL Milch

Zubereitung
Butter in einem Topf schmelzen und danach leicht abkühlen lassen.

In einer Rührschüssel Mehl, Trockenhefe, Zucker und Salz vermischen. Das Ei zu den trockenen Zutaten geben sowie die abgekühlte Butter hinzufügen.

Milch kurz in der Mikrowelle (oder im Topf, in dem die Butter war) erwärmen und dann nach und nach zum Teig geben. Zuletzt die Schokotropfen dazugeben und alles zu einer glatten Masse verkneten. Dann den Teig zudeckt für 30 Minuten gehen lassen.

Im Anschluss ca. zehn Schokobrötchen aus dem Teig formen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen. Mit einem Küchentuch abdecken und nochmals für 15 Minuten gehen lassen.

In der Zwischenzeit den Ofen auf 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen.

Eigelb und Milch verquirlen, die Brötchen damit bestreichen und dann für ca. 25 Minuten im Ofen backen.

Why are you trying to belittle it, especially when you've never even read it? While it is satire, it is also frequently referred to as Hoffmanns masterpiece, which makes it a masterpiece of German literature and entirely relevant to German literature.

As a native speaker I would have a hard time to explain the actual set of grammar rules to you as this is not how I learnt the language in the first place. So I would advise you to look that up online, I don't want to tell you gibberish.
