What does "silly goose" mean as part of a profile name?
I just see that some people use this as a name (mostly females).
What's the meaning of this unusual expression?

Thanks.

It's a very old term of endearment. If someone makes a mistake because they are scatter-brained, you might call them a 'silly goose' or a 'daft sod' and they would not be offended. Such terms do not cause offence like calling someone an idiot or a moron.

In this case, they are using the term in a self-deprecating way to let you know, I suppose, that they are scatter-brained. This being Steam, it wouldn't surprise me at all if there's also a cartoon animal avatar and an essay on how cute and lovely they are. :gs_happy:

I think it is from xmas
South Park used it with their "Big Gay Al" character.
He said that a lot.

It leads me to believe it has gay connotations but I really don't know.
Straight men use is as a goof.

But for any specific meaning you would have to ask the person

uwu to me is the daffy duck laugh, so what do I know?
