I don't care much for them.

When I worked in the restaurant industry I hated the whole "gluten free" craze that happened. It was right around when I left the industry. Every MF and their mother suddenly had Celiacs disease (no they didn't) and would order some obnoxious ♥♥♥♥ to avoid the gluten. Ugh, I hated that ♥♥♥♥.

If you can't eat something, don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ order it instead of asking for 50% of the dish to be modified for your freak ass diet.

I mean I eat them when there is no choice but other than that I eat gluten, sure why not. Humans have been eating bread and stuff since thousands of years.

Many of them are greenwashing fraud.

Many never contained it in the first place and it is pure hype.

Plus most people only think that they have a problem with gluten because they heard about it.

Celiac disease is actually rare.
