If someone is fine with being single then I don't see anything wrong with unreasonable standards. The only problem is when someone has unreasonable standards but still complains about being single; which both sexes have groups that do including many people from the MGTOW community who have come to Steam Off Topic to complain.

MGTOW can never "win" in the current world because there are too many men. Women have a lot of choices and therefore can be picky and not put out to average dudes.

The real problem, and the real reason why MGTOW exist, are not the women, are the unfair laws and society customs that can easily become very harmful for the men in cases like for example (the most obvious one) a divorce.
There are scummy women like you say? Yes of course SOME of them are that awful. There are awful men too. But having laws and social customs that are constantly favouring one of the two sides create a very harmful unbalance and I have seen the consequences on many men.
If laws are unfair and two people get into an argument almost EVERYBODY would want to exploit the unfair law to damage the other if they had the chance.
If only one side is used for long enough to have privileges, they start to not understand that those are privileges anymore and not see how unfair they can become anymore, when everybody act like it's normal because everybody have always been used to it.
Some women are bad yes and some other women are not bad, the real problem is not how women are (the solution would be "just avoid the bad ones!", right?) the real problem is how laws are. If you don't understand this, if you don't understand what you should really blame and that the problem is even bigger than how women are then I'm afraid you missed the point of MGTOW.
I believe that depending on the local specific culture then yes in some regions probably there is a much higher concentration of awful women (same goes for men), so I can even believe what you say in the sense that maybe you are just so unlucky that you live in a zone like that.
I mean people who say that not all the women are like that are right but depending on where you live I think maybe it could happen that you only meet people like that. Anyway if you really think that your best interest is to become MGTOW then you should focus more on how to make your life satisfying and fullfilling for yourself that way instead on focusing so much on those resentful thoughts. You are stuck in the middle of your own anger that way, you are not going your own way.

I think men are just tired of being the bad guy by default when something goes wrong. I've seen that a lot in my life and it always looks wrong.

I find it more insulting to think that IDK I can't be the bad guy, like what? If whatever was done is my fault it is my fault so why the Hell does everyone think the Man is at fault for whatever it is regardless? Like.... you almost have to be convinced that the woman is at fault, everyone automatically assumes it is the man's.

Always wished that men had it a bit easier in terms of emotions and IDK, lots of stuff. Y'all have a lot of expectations as it is and it has never seemed fair to pile on the default consequences just because it is more believable for you to be the "Monster."

You don't need porn to masterbate and you said yourself that you are unstable and can quickly go between joy/rage+will hurt people if you don't lift weights or hit a punching bag.
