I want to live healthier. Skip tobacco, eat better, excercise more, read Bible etc. I need some new ideas how to achieve. Do u live healthy?

I'm Lutheran, but Jesuits and St. Isidore of Seville were awesome guys.

I go outside and touch grass daily. Plants are amazing stress relievers.

eat plant based food. You don't have to go full vegan but try to eat as much minimally processed plant food as you can and see how that goes.

being active and going out just to take in fresh air or sunlight - is a great start. u can set aside time for working out. when u make food - just always opt for the healthier choices. when u start to do things for urself, u'll love and appreciate urself more (which helps the mind).
