Why is my processor fan screaming?
Every time my computer is on for more than 40 minute my processor cooler starts making louder noises than usual and sometimes I can literally hear it processing things, like I’ll scroll down and the pitched noise from the fan literally matches what I’m doing.

Really hope there’s a fix for this, not because I’m worried about the pc but I’m worried I’ll get tinitius.

Can you give your specs? GPU, RAM, Driver, CPU and PSU.
uh, you can't "hear the cpu processing things", that's not possible

you can hear fan noise, coil whine, mechanical hdd read/write, etc

it wants you to play dota 2.

Reapply thermal paste, check airflow, make sure fans are facing the right way.
I’ll do that, the thermal paste came applied so I’ll reapply more.

64 gigs of ram, Radeon 6650 xt, motherboard is a rig attic b550f, processor is a ryzen 7 5800, the CPU cooler is be quiet! and the other 3 fans I have are all deep cool

I think I’m gonna just reapply the paste.

Don't think the paste is going to help with that, your processor fan starts working harder because of some power and cooling policies of your PC, the limit is probably set low to prevent damage, so when your PC reaches a certain amount of activity, the fan will work like that.

I recommend these options:
1. Adjust BIOS and OS settings to prevent fan speeding up too fast. (This is risky so make sure to monitor your system for some time and also use the paste beforehand.)
2. Change the fan and use a different model. Even tho some may spin as fast, they will make less noise. This is the best option.

Considering your specs, it would take a really heavy professional program to make its CPU fan spin so fast, so I'm suspecting you have malware/miner or a virus causing this.
Does your PC ever sound like a diesel engine idling next to a chainsaw on a windy day? Especially on cold starts and in cold weather? That's fan bearings, just get new ones, they're cheap. You can also open up the fan and apply grease or WD-40 (or both), but that's really tricky to do and it's only a temporary solution. Could also be coil whine or a HDD as suggested above.

How much dust is in there
Before you look at hardware, look at what your processor is doing. Using task manager will tell you if its active and how active. HW monitor (your have to download it) will go into even more depth regarding temp of cpu and cores. Before you start monitoring with HW monitor, start from a cold PC and watch the 40 mins. Its also worth starting from safe mode to distinguish if it is software whether or not its windows or third party.

If your not running something thats intensive on the CPU and the fan still kick off, then look at hardware. Make a note of your room temp before beginning.
You can't just tell a cooler to be quiet! that is your problem right there, try speaking to it softly... tell it to be cool, be cool... be cool....

I have an idea… why not make a pc out of the same stuff that they make refrigerator with? So your PC stays cool all of the time?

I wouldn't bet on a be quiet cpu cooler,

Get something like this

Sometimes I lick a wet blender when it's still plugged in. You can buy a water cooler for your cpu/gpu and use coolant if you want too.... try car coolant see if it works.

I wash my ball bearings on my only fans everyday.... Don't be around when my ball bearings go flying around the room.
