what supplement would you recommend to anyone ?
you can mention any supplement as long it actually works. doesn't matter if it makes you study easier or sleep better..

Vitamin D

Too many people don't spend enough time outside to make it naturally.

Because two of the main effects of low Vitamin D are depression and anxiety!

So they end up complaining about how depressed they are in forums and on videos all the time, generally dragging everyone else down with them.

You would not believe the number of people on nasty anti-depressants where the first major side-effect is always MORE DEPRESSION, and any number of other drugs, all because a doctor would rather push pharmaceuticals for profit than recommend going outside or taking a simple and cheap Vitamin supplement. :marten_sip:
I drink milk, it has added Vitamin D.

One time at a doctor they suggested that I should take Vitamin D pills.

Selenium
Fish oils

Not really in any high doses, just a small amount to prevent deficiencies

None, food supplements are multi-billion dollar air selling industry. Eat actual food.

Don't need to feed big pharma, if a tea can fix it.

Potassium supplements.

I actually got this tip from a nurse. If you suffer from muscle cramps at all just take a potassium supplement pill and about 15 minutes later you're good to go no more cramps.

Ideally nothing. One hopes you're getting what you need from a wholesome lifestyle. However if you live in a higher latitude and don't go outside much, you'll want to have your vitamin D levels checked with your doctor, and consider supplementation if they're low (though getting it from the sun is the best way).

Also B12 levels. B12 deficiency isn't limited to vegans. Anyone can be deficient but again, check with your doctor, and a supplement is an easy way to get you where you need to be.

Not all 'supplements,' but I have been total-package better since I've focused on keeping each of these in my routine:

  • coooffffeeeee
  • creatine
  • ginseng
  • ginger
  • blueberries
  • kefir
  • inferior potassium
