a friend of mine wants to get biceps implants

he wants to get sillicone implants to make his muscles a lot bigger. the problem is that this friend of mine doesnt really know if its the right choice and whether or not he will regret it.

being bullied is not something he fears because the biceps are gona bea really big

You should tell him about that guy who injected oil into his muscles until they exploded. Seriously, biceps shouldn't get any injections in them. It's not healthy and it can weaken the muscle.

(Or at least oil will do that, but I don't think silicone will be much better since it would likely interfere with the normal motion of the muscle, which means it gets weaker and stuff)
