Joking aside, I'm not sure if I actually have a film that's scared me, but there's a few I like, they're not exactly scary, but they're a good watch:

- Saw series
- The Conjuring and Annabelle series
- Hellraiser are a good set of films and the credits even feature Motorheads version of "Hellraiser" (since he co-wrote that song with Ozzy)
- The original IT film was good too
.. and many others :-)

I remember a film that i recently watched- Autopsy of Jane Doe

The Poughkeepsie tapes.

It isn't just that the subject material and the camera work make it freaking terrifying. It's the incredible sense of dread you have after the movie is over.

You will be triple checking your doors and windows, have all the lights on in your house, sleep under the blankets for protection.

And not a single supernatural thing happens. I personally know that I'm not watching it a second time. Watch at your own risk I guess.
