The term hater should be rebranded to "hateboy"

Just saying that if you're a fan of something you'd be branded as a "fanboy" by people who don't like it. It's an insult but one that you are allowed to call other people.

Might as well use a similar term to refer to people who are overly critical of something. Thus "hateboy".

For sure, however when fanboy is brought up in the conversation hateboy will have a stronger impact than hater.

If fanboy isn't brought up then a more reasonable conversation can be had.
