I used to work with a real vegan 20 years and he always looked ill, he was pale, had joint pains, was on countless pills but he never preached to you about eating meat, never tried to pass his idea's onto you.

This guy was a proper vegan and not some eco-warrior who has gone vegan for the fashion. He never wore leather be it shoes or belts, avoided anything to do with animal products. He was telling how hard it was too shop having to know what food products contain what, this was 20 years ago.

Today from my own observation, I see some vegans wearing leather and wool products which isn't really the vegan thing to do. Plus many vegan youtuber's have been caught eating meat while still selling vegan foods and preaching to you about being vegan. Infact many years ago I did make a thread about the hypocrisy of some vegans youtuber's who where in fact not vegan solely to sell vegan products, very dishonested.

I used to work with a big guy, he weighed 430 lbs, then he went vegan and now he is fit and handsome.
He was also diabetic and that went away, now he is a personal trainer and writes Japanese poetry books, he also runs a photography wilderness venture company, with its main focus on Alaskan adventures for Japanese couple tourists.

i instantly realized this was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when i read the diabetic part

meat and animal products like eggs are ESSENTIAL to being healthy with diabetes. they're just about the only things that have absolutely no carbs in them without seasoning or anything (although there HAS to be a few exceptions i dont know about). eating just vegetables and fruits means you would have a diet of just carb foods. this would mean buying a LOT more insulin

There are two kinds of vegans:

Normal Vegans, which don't try and shove their veganism down everyone's throat or preach about how evil all non-vegans are. These people are generally chill, and actually can share quite a lot of interesting info if actually talk to them like a decent human being.

Then there's Karen Vegans, who screech and rant and rave about the horror of non-vegans existing, who then participate in "die-ins" at Wal-mart and other stupidity. These are the ones that nobody wants to associate with, not even Normal Vegans.

The former is much more common than the latter, though the latter is much, MUCH louder.

Then you've got Normal and Karen non-vegans which follow the same formula but with the Karen non-vegans screeching at vegans indiscriminately.

The food isn't targeted at only vegans but meat eaters who are cutting down meat. Wider market. Basic business.
More variety gives more options for vegans to choose from.

Now explain why it needs to stop.

In my own opinion it's false advertising by saying something is meat when in fact it's not meat. Clearly most of us know the difference, but some people don't know and believe vegan meat is real meat.
