bowser and koopa are the best in super mario kart.
as the title says, i think bowser and koopa are the best racers in super mario kart for the snes. change my mind.

Well, in Super Mario Kart, each of the racers were categorized into one of four sets of identical pairs, so that each payer could pick a visually distinct racer with the same specs, if so desired.

This means if Bowser and Koopa are the best, then so are Donkey Kong Jr. and Toad.
