I think it's pretty obvious that Arnold Schwarzenegger is the most talented actor. He's even better than Pacino and De Niro.

Jingle All The Way is a masterpiece.

If it wasn't for the macho man vibe that gripped the 80's, would schwarzenegger even of become this massive hollywood star. I know he did pumping iron and some low budget stuff but fast forward to today, the macho man style has all basically died out for the time being.

He was in a TV show when he first got into acting. Cop show. He played a roid rage bodybuilder. Killed a woman with the adult version of shaken baby syndrome.

As for my favorite actor it would be Gene Wilder. And pretty much every single one of his movies. Specially with Richard Pryor. Young Frankenstein and blazing saddles being two of his best.

As for actress... Jodie Foster probably. I mean silence of the lambs is freaking great. And now their kids are grown up and she's gone back to acting that's great. Just saw Hotel Artemis the other day. That was pretty good.

Aye Gene Wilder... loved him in willy wonka and the chocolate factory, I do believe he played the best wonka, better that johnny depp.

And I can't fail to mention the part he played in 'Everything you always wanted to know about sex' where he has a affair with a sheep. Only he and he alone could pull that part off.

I'm not sure, there are a lot of them.. My favorite actress is probably Kate Beckinsale for the Underworld movies (mainly from the very first one), and Arnold Schwarzenegger from Terminator movies (mainly from the second one).

Why I can't really choose is because movies are no longer fine, if we were to replace the main roles.
Do imagine, Pirates of Carribean does no longer have Johnny Depp, but Arnold Schwarzenegger in the main role. That wouldn't have made sense, right?.. And that's why I'm of the opinion that it's impossible to list your favorite ones, unless you mention more of them at the same time.

So, my list would be about the following, clearly missing some as I can't remember them all outta top of my head.. So, I have Googled some, and even then I won't be mentioning them all..-

What about The Rock Dwayne Johnson? He's one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood.

What about The Rock Dwayne Johnson? He's one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood.

Yeah, I love the rock but it isn't the same. Schwarzenegger movies were a product of that time, the gun ho, the crazyness, the cheese, the one liners. The 80's were just a unique time in western pop culture.
