Have you gone to prom in High School?

Personally, the prom in my high school was a supposed disaster so I just went on a lowkey date with my prom date.

Hated every second of it. Every second was spent sitting and drinking Fanta wishing I was home playing games. My friends were off vaping in the restroom, something I don't partake in so I didn't follow.

Maybe prom is better if you have a date, but I don't want to go again to find out.

No. Stayed home with my gf instead.
I also skipped the graduation ceremony in elementary school, high school and I'll do it when I graduate university. I find those events extremely boring and unnecessary.

please dont get obseesed on high school proms, just like some cartoon artists do in teir works or in their projects, i mean jezz is like theyre delusions of not habing their perfect prom, instead proyecting their perfect prom with their agenda or ideology but they lose the touch of their reality because they forgot "nobody cares"

Well, back before everyone treated marriage like it was dating most people went to school with the same people for 12 years. Prom is at the end of high school when most people are through or mostly through puberty and have matured. It's a culmination and celebration of growing up and being mature while also being nearly finished with High School. Some people move away and begin adulthood after high school. This is the last time to have a big social event with the people you grew up with.

Of course you have people that didn't bother to be social and think it was cool to be that way. Either way is fine with me, but Prom is awesome.

I didn't go to the formal prom due to this and apparently it was terrible from everyone I spoke to. Guys hid in one corner, ladies in the other.

Went with limousine porche if I remember. Next day the entire class went into greece from my country. More like a prom it was like a drunk fest/spring brake in tuxedo. The drinking age is lower than USA.

Went with two girls: One had a jealous (ex)boyfriend that allegedly wanted to fight me (and I was up for it) and the other girl I stuck with til the end of the day, but had admitted she wanted nothing serious with me and suggested we should stay friends.
