I microwave my ice cream. Then eat it like soup.

Also give the whole thing a quick zap in the microwave to help.

Spoon as I usually add a dash of dessert liqueurs to enhance the flavours and a spoon helps lift the melted liquids. And I always eat from a bowl and never a tub since I'm not a barbarian nor having a bad break up.
