And did yelling at them on social media do anything to stop it? Don't like, don't watch. I myself have no reason to watch anything Disney makes, as they have always been creatively bankrupt and never made anything original. Corporations understand only the language of numbers. And just because Disney movies flop in the USA, doesn't mean they fail elsewhere in the world.
Also, parents can indeed choose what to show their children. Don't like Disney movies? There's a whole world of family-friendly Studio Ghibli movies which have a pretty easy to follow narrative and much better stories than Disney movies.

I´ve heard its a good thing to be a Brat in the US.

Its spread to here too. Its not everyone but, some women really do have an attitude problem because of feminism. I've noticed that in recent years they're trying to stamp out any kind of femininity for women. They have to be rude, bossy and really horrible to men. Not to mention physical beauty being deemed as wrong or bad.

I heard about the Barbie movie recently and it horrified me. I've loved Barbie ever since I was a little girl and now like everything else its just poisoned by woke. Why can't we have nice things anymore? Why do these horrible feminists and woke people have to spoil everything nice from our childhoods?

I imagine that they've made themselves so unhappy with their own warped worldviews that they want to make everyone else unhappy too by spoiling nice things in the world. They can't allow themselves these things or be happy for other people. Its clearly driven by their own jealousy, insecurities and bitterness.

Ariel is actually 16, its Snow White who is 14. Even though she didn't look like Ariel, at least she seemed like a nice person. As much as I wasn't happy with how she looked so different, this is worse. Plus this other actress doesn't look like Snow White either. I avoided the new Little Mermaid because its clear Disney hates its own fans by changing things so much but I'd rather watch that one than the new Snow White. This new actress is such an awful person.

She's more well-formed than many of those people. I hold a few controversial anthropological opinions myself but I'm not stupid, from a disassionate view you need purebreds and thoroughbreds to maintain a breed.

The main issue is not Zegler, she is pretty great, albeit it would have been better to use a younger actor, one around 16-18 years old (yes that is my opinion)
The problem is the change of story and the obvious disregard for the source material (this is nothing new and it comes in all shapes and colours, pun intended)

It makes no sense to use Zegler as Snow White in my honest opinion.
But its their version and they are free to do whatever they want.

In the Danish original she's 15. They changed her hair to bright red for the animation movie because that colour popped off more in animation. The original grim fairy tale she had a dark hair colour. Also, they got rid of the sad ending because everyone is too soft these days. And the original had nipples in the illustration. Disney censored that too with shell bikinis.

Disney was being woke all the way back in 1989.
