I had to look it up to make sure what I was thinking was the case, and it's not.
So apparently they are women, not necessarily mothers, who are into body fitness and building muscle.

Imo, as long as it is pure hardwork with no medications involved, it is great.
They don't need to feel helpless at the face of adversary, that requires physical strength. Say, defending themselves from petty thieves or SAers.
They may even share their strengths to help people around them, now how awesome is that :)
