Putin did nothing when Azerbaijan attacked Armenia (despite Russian "peacekeeping forces" being in the region and Russia actually being obliged to help a fellow CSTO member), resulting in Armenia leaving the CSTO and now looking for a security alliance with NATO. Once again, the super genius Putin with his 34D hyper-chess managed to make NATO more powerful. Good job!
