Minecraft 3ds is pretty underrated
It's probably the worst version of Minecraft but aside from performance issues it is a very solid version. The game has crashed a few times though which can be very frustrating

Game crashes are the worst. They shouldn't even be selling it in that state.

Minecraft on Steam Deck with the Controllable mod is the best of all possible worlds.

Or it was. More recent versions of Controllable don't work with Optifine. And all the Optifine replacements are Fabric only.
