So it wouldn't work with Panther, Lightening, Tiana, and Deebo as they are in a particular narrative that involves their ethnicity.

But a remake of a story that involved Lando Calrissian, Axel Foley, or Lt Uhura, would be fine?

deebo makes perfect sense in india too though. tons and tons of places where deebo exists.
