Next move?
Spring the trap.
In company for being getting away with meritocracy and breeding for general stupidity so the independent thinking is just legend deep in the past, leaving only the above mentioned powers in actions.
But it's okay, soft body, soft mind, exactly the way they like it.
I often think the same actually.
Americans are soft in their head like they are doughy in their bodies. Very nasty
Demonize carbs and saturated fat. Make people avoid cholesterol, as if there weren't different types of cholesterol. Avoiding certain healthy food because of boogeymen like "uric acid".
Meanwhile chugging sugar, sodium, and high-fructose corn syrup, while cooking in vegetable oil on a toxic non-stick pan.
Then eating carcinogenic processed meat like bacon and sausage for breakfast meals.
The power is intoxicating.
Around the 1960s, sodas where being blamed for having too much sugar. The sugar industry research downplayed the risk of sugar and shifted the focus of Americans by claiming "fat" makes you fat!
Given saturated fats are bad, the American diet use to be high in meats with fat, yet they where actually slimmer back then too. They never considered there are healthy fats too.
The American diet changed to introduce fat-free products, while even increasing the amount of sugar in them so that it doesn't just taste like cardboard.
Most of the sugar is consumed by sodas. Which is why, when it caught on, Coca Cola has multiple products - Diet Coke, Coke No Sugar, Coke Zero, and Coke Zero Sugar, etc. Yes, they even have two different "no sugar" and "zero sugar" versions.
It started off with artificial sweeteners to replace sugar, but those didn't work and actually made a person crave more sugars and carbs on them. So diet coke would make people even more fat and throw off their metabolism. Therefore there's a ton of different attempts.
The next issue is the fast food industry and the amount of highly processed foods, with very easy and fast options available for it. Highly processed foods reduces the amount of fibre and protein in their diets, while increasing sugar and carbs. Adding another layer onto easy weight gain and lowering metabolism.
So to fix the American diet...
- Increase your Protein and Fibre intake
- Decrease your Sugar and Carbs intake
- Eat more healthy fats and not so much saturated fats
- Try to eat more whole foods, rather than highly processed
- Drink more water rather than sodas, alcohol, and/or energy drinks, etc.
There are only four corporation types in the USA that receive virtually unlimited free subsidies: Dairy, Sugar, Pork, and Poverty banking. Tobacco was removed from this list in 1992. Dairy was removed in 2006 but was added back again in 2016.
Americans are blind, and their sole value lies in the drugs and medical care they will consume. It's worth 17 times the tax base of the average American, regardless of their social class.
The average American works to survive, pay taxes, and squander their health and freedom.
Don't like it ? what will you do about it ?
You're welcome friends, never give up! <3

Well, I been to many farmers markets and markets in generals to know that fresh food is cheaper than going Mcdonald's, KFC, Pizza hunt etc...
I can definitely buy potatoes, carrots, peas and a chicken for cheaper than a big mac meal.
But once you factor in the cost of making a meal then yeah, cheap to eat a big mac.
There are many peoples in this continent and we don't eat as terribly as Anglo-Americans.
I just ate açaí with cupuaçu, granola and tapioca. It was suberb.
