First time I stepped onto American land was at the airport, long horribly hot flight from UK to San Francisco.

1. All people are dumb. Americans aren’t different, no matter how much they want you to think they are the best.
2. There’s an assumption that America isn’t corrupt. This is false. It’s just not as corrupt and not as openly corrupt as the rest of the world and constitution, judges CAN make a difference. But it is being actively dismantled at the moment.
3. Americans are susceptible to ads. Monopolies ruin small farms, do not let small towns to get good organic food and even “organic” label itself isn’t the answer - USDA doesn’t control things enough and they’re Lowering standards to sell the label. Still, organic food is better. But you can find good non-organic food.

4. People are dumb and go for the brand. A Chinese buffet will have 10x of food that you’ll buy at McDonald’s, but people still go there to eat post-processed junk that they could just buy at a grocery store for less and reheat..

5. Americans are two extremes: you have dudes that eat protein, dudes that clearly had lost their brains in an attempt to hide their insecurities behind beards, fancy haircuts and muscles. Mark my words, they’ll be the first ones to run when the country experiences a real big war.

6. Cultural and social problems. Poverty and inequality. A tech bro is making 10k or more, a teacher makes 2-3k. And there you have it. Privileged overpaid opportunists are rewarded despite having low moral values, being a parasite to society and producing a new iPhone every year that doesn’t even have any new features. But everyone buys tech, so they keep making more money..

That’s one extreme. The other is femboys and all kinds of things that let me just say aren’t ready for war and real life, and yet they hate cops. I’m not supporting cops, I know that they are often terrible.

An american is just someone who was born on a particular bit of land and given a label to identify where they were born, that's it. it doesn't great them special insight into anything, it doesn't make them superior or inferior, it just makes them as human as any other born on any other land and given a label.

because there is a lot of money selling ultra-processed food to those who are taken in all too easily by these things and because people have free choice to do what they like... within reason. junk food is as bad as drinking, gambling and tabacco, but all of them are tolerated and they are exposed to a wide audience. but also because there are means afterwards to get someone away from such destructive things on the human body like alcoholics anonymous and others like it, none of these companies need to do anything to change so long as there are others who will pick up the pieces for them.

you know they even coat dried cranberrys in stuff and put dye on some oranges to make them more orange. and organic label is not trustworthy, free range eggs means theres a little open door in back of the factory they could theoretically go through.
