Help retrieve an account

Hi,
So i had another account a couple of years ago with some items that i now want to access to be able to transfer to my current account.
Im not sure which e-mail i used and im guessing i used the same phone number as my current account.

No one can help you but you. That may sound mean but it's the truth as no one here is from support and are users just like you. We don't know what e-mail or phone number you used but you. I don't think steam support will even tell you the e-mail or phone number as that is private info and something you should know.

I can't remember the email for my other account. Or the phone number, which I no longer have. Or the password.

I have accepted it is lost and moved on with a new account.

And how can i get in touch with steam support ? All im getting through the customer service is trying to resett password.

i went there, there is no "i need more help".

I forgot my Steam Account name or password
My Steam Account was stolen and I need help recovering it
I'm not receiving a Steam Guard code
I deleted or lost my Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator*

Those are the options im getting

Update. I remember my account name now and my password. However when logging in it says i need to submit a code sent to an email (that email i no longer have).

And then when following the help guide i get :
