is the buoy thing still that embarassing?
which english robot do I know that's that insanely sensitive about dumb ideas from 60 years ago?
Started out as like voted on cartoons. Like vote for what gets made into a show.

"1995 Powerpuff Girls "Meat Fuzzy Lumkins" Cartoon Network World Premiere Toons Promo"
I remember johnny first episode was about a gorilla he needed to catch
Are you kidding me??
There are People who are overly sensitive to World War I...
60 Years?? Anything in History is overly sensitive to someone...
Your better off not even asking the Question at all...
Or even Questioning who or what is sensitive to it...
Just make things like they used to,
& forget about all the People, butt hurt by it, ~_~
I'm still waiting for the overly sensitive to
Toilents made by Man ordeal to unfold,
so People can start freaking out over that at some point...
It was his elvis impersonation they didn't like it. But i watched johnny bravo when i was a kid. The little girl idolized him for some odd reason.
the gorilla episode was easily the best pilot out of anything shown at the time. ppg relied a lot on the post-pilot reworks and dexter had a terrible pilot.

"Dexter's Laboratory | Animal Swapping Remote | Cartoon Network"
There were so many shows, hard to remember.
But I for sure remember powerpuffs and courage before they were real shows. The original courge promo was dark, like really dark and messed up.
It's more then that, the masculinity & his pick up chicks line...
The entire show is just Bravo selfishly making a fool of himself worshiping himself,
& Bravo stalking women in a pretty creepy way, & impersonating Elvis while doing it...
Btw, Johnny Bravo was found in a Dark Creepy Swamp Forest,
Hitch Hiking Looking To Stalk Women In An Episode He Met
Daph From The TV Show Scooby Doo...
I mean?? Hey, whatever works, works...
The show wouldn't even fly Today in Today's Culture??
What Culture?? Also, I Doub't Anybody Would Care
If The Show Returned Or Not, Because It Wasn't
A Huge Hit Then, & It Wouldn't Be Today...
ppg was already approved and they made the teaser with auxiliary staff, mostly the same people that worked on dexter.
all the people that made the other pilots got dumped into johnny bravo, mostly because they'd animate anything without complaining.
I think courage wound up with a best-of staff for a while, until the network head was concerned and confused that johnny bravo wasn't popular and tried to pull everyone off of everything to make it work.
then they made the oval office episode, and the network head canned it.
supposedly the same key animators worked on all the teasers, and also on happy tree friends. most of the network head's scripts, which they'd constantly pitch to the writers for everything else, come off as htf knockoff episodes.
The Only Thing Wrong With It,
Was That It Was Too Short Lived,
& The Demographic For It Was
Ummmm... All Over The Place...
It's For Adults, But Then It's For Kids,
But Then It's For Girls, But Then It's Not??
I Mean, It's Kinda A Mess...
But At Least Dexter Had Structure & Story Elements To It...
they didn't like cow and chicken because of the pork butts, and canned it based purely on that. supposedly the head had a pork butt themself.
then he moved on to anime, after kingbot made it almost impossible to tell stories in the medium, and is now primarily concerned with gaming.
It's not scottish, but somewhat close I guess.
