Hatred makes Pride Month necessary

If there weren’t so many hateful people, if people accepted gays as fellow human beings trying to get through life, Pride Month wouldn’t have to exist.

But every time some idiot decides they need to punch down at people who are already downtrodden, who get beaten and even murdered just for existing, proves Pride Month is necessary.

dunno enough about france and germany to comment, and what is poland clamping down on? for italy, afaik they already had a right wing government in office, the elections were for eu parliament, not individual governments

guess people got tired of kindergartners being taught about orientations and having to see revvealing stuff in school. Thats usually why you see clamp downs and reversal of issues as the public gets fed up

It was enough for France to call for snap elections. Germany current government elections is next year. With right wing majority, you can expect the current government to be out of office. Poland used to create a "safe zones" then walked back on it. Got alot of push back for making those policies. As a Catholic nation of course trying to push progressive policies didn't work in the first place.

I watched the news in the past few weeks. Very eye opener there. Yes everything is reversing, just enough for those governments to worry.

A lot have people have also come together in defense of women having fair competition in sports as well. Targeting women and children wasn't a smart move if acceptance is what they were after.
