Do you spell things the British way or the American way?
I got a little curious. What I mean by the title is, do you spell words like this: apologise, centre, defence (British) or like this: apologize, center, defense (American) I'm not British, but I think the way they spell words is better in my opinion. So, how do you spell words?

Autocorrect thinks "sneaked" is a word and the correct "snuck" isn't, and you trust that ♥♥♥♥♥?
Isn't sneaked a word

I follow British English since Australia uses it. I remember telling my first grade teacher he was wrong when he used American English in a spelling test when he shouldn't have.

This is like asking if you spell things the British way or the correct way.
England: colour
America: color
England: humour
America: humor
England: flavour
America: flavor
England: what are you doing?
America: Getting rid of u.

1776.
I like zed & nil, but I don't use them.
American spelling is more phonetic.

Sometimes like favourite and colour
I have a mix of both, as I learned english both from American and British media.
There are some words I'll say in the American way by default, and others in the British way (and a few of them in Australian, for some reason), all of them with a slight Spanish accent.
