It's as easy as talking to people and further developing social skills in a variety of environments and settings that you'll invariably encounter by stepping out of your comfort zone from time to time—it's OK to be afraid, it'll wear off hastily. And once you're comfortable with yourself, people will catch on and find a place for themselves in your presence and vice versa.
