Do you prefer urban or rural?
Personally, I prefer urban environments.

I've lived in both, so I don't mind them.
Maybe rural a bit more, it's peaceful.

Rural areas should be urbanized. Every little patch of grass should be covered in concrete.

I'm a middle of the pool kind of guy. I have confidence in my ability to stay afloat, and like the variety it offers. As a bonus, staying on the edges you can avoid the kind of people that have a strong personality flavored by the extremes.

That’s usually how it’s done. I live closer to the town now but still fairly rural. I do the shopping about once a month.

With what is coming? Rural. 100%.

I prefer rural or pre-1990s urban environment.

For example, i like both the countryside and inner city of the gameworld seen in Mafia (2002) and Mafia: Definitive Edition games.

Rural, but not too far from urban. I like my quiet and room.

Raised in rural.
Studied and worked in urban.
Now working remotely in rural.

When I open the window I want fresh air, trees, and birds. Not toxic smog, concrete, microplastics, and traffic noise.

Things change over time.

My area was kind of rural. But it feels more like a suburb even though it has three state game lands around the gated community. Deer everyday, multiple times passing by the house. Saw 3 fawns today following mommy. Love this time of year.

That said I am only 10 miles out of town with multiple national chain food and marts that have moved in over the years. Ski resort area, lots of vacation homes.

But it changes. It's officially a "wooded" area in the mountains but some people hate trees and lay plastic down and gravel over the yard like it is a shore house or desert house or something.
It's become such a problem they don't let the Air BnBs do that anymore, or they would all do it to avoid cutting grass.

My lot still looks like woods and the deer like it, but I do wonder how long before they decide not to hang out here anymore and the trails get grown over.
