Maybe rural a bit more, it's peaceful.
That’s usually how it’s done. I live closer to the town now but still fairly rural. I do the shopping about once a month.
For example, i like both the countryside and inner city of the gameworld seen in Mafia (2002) and Mafia: Definitive Edition games.
What's coming, man?
Studied and worked in urban.
Now working remotely in rural.
When I open the window I want fresh air, trees, and birds. Not toxic smog, concrete, microplastics, and traffic noise.
My area was kind of rural. But it feels more like a suburb even though it has three state game lands around the gated community. Deer everyday, multiple times passing by the house. Saw 3 fawns today following mommy. Love this time of year.
That said I am only 10 miles out of town with multiple national chain food and marts that have moved in over the years. Ski resort area, lots of vacation homes.
But it changes. It's officially a "wooded" area in the mountains but some people hate trees and lay plastic down and gravel over the yard like it is a shore house or desert house or something.
It's become such a problem they don't let the Air BnBs do that anymore, or they would all do it to avoid cutting grass.
My lot still looks like woods and the deer like it, but I do wonder how long before they decide not to hang out here anymore and the trails get grown over.
Suburban is alright
Urban is a hellscape
