Who are those countries? The "International Southern" countries were absent, the BRICKS+ countries didn't sign or affirm the consensus and most countries, sent lower ranked representatives... Even usa themselves, sent the vice-president.

Putin made the entire west look like fools. He proposed something he knew they would reject, all while the allies of Russia are watching western tantrums (and getting fed up by the hypocrisy, the double standards, the audacity, the cowardice etc). They falsely cry "peace", all while preaching "war", with the sole purpose to "defeat Russia". He also proposed something he doesn't even need, since the regions are annexed already and are officially being treated, as Russian ground... What he did (other than explicitly showcase western "behind the scenes" mentality), was give a final chance for ukraine to keep being neutral, abandon the losers called nato and save whatever remains...

Now they will simply help themselves directly to the goods and disregard beneficial to ukraine propositions. Oh and hey; whatever is being left from ukraine, will plea to had become Russia too (and prosper like rebuilt Mariupol), or else the western vultures are so going to fleece them, for all money wasted and armaments lost... They didn't hesitate to ransack their own friend and allies during the small depression (2010); i really wonder what the same people have in store, for a completely foreign country (which also failed to win them their sick, sad, proxy war)!

His army stands no chance against that kind of military power. They cant even handle Ukraine by itself. NATO would wipe the Military of Russia out quite easily.

Ukraine is far better off as a member of NATO than a puppet of Russia.

The Minsk agreements have been violated, the Nato's promise to not expand near russia was broken, the megacoprorations are after ukraine's natural riches (that zelenski already sold out under the table but problem is, Russians reclaimed them) and the neonazis (A3OB, Aidar, Donbass, Kraken, Right-Sector) who run rampant, had been butchering russian ancestry civilians of ukraine, ever since 2014.

False propaganda of fake news is only in western countries because no news from Russia is allowed to be published. Just like any news correspondents are forbidden to go to Russia or to Russian military to show the other side of the conflicting side.
