It would be war.

there needs to be a relocated space for all the millions of people to be shipped too .
a proper functioning set of towns for them to relocate to away from the Haiti.
Purpose built for them to reside and work and contribute too.

The question should be --- why can't Haiti clean up its own mess. Have you been to Haiti? I have. All they do is ask for handouts and refuse to help themselves.

It would not work. They have no Economy to speak of, little that unites them and a intervention from the US or France will be seen negatively. The best bet at foreign intervention would be if Kenya gets involved.


That would still not fix any of the issues that caused the current unrest.
No one is going to invest in the Country. You got Street Gangs that have no qualms killing people and the Government is corrupt and has no way to enforce any legislation passed.

It would collapse a fast as Afghanistan did as soon as the Peacekeepers leave.

Why should countries keep helping everyone else? Why put themselves into massive taxpayer funded debt for unending programs that largely do nothing in the long term?

they've made up for it since then.

they don't even have to do anything anymore, they did enough damage that it's self-sustaining now.

that's kind of france's thing actually, globally. doing political damage to other countries so that their political system is identical to france's dysfunctional one.

you can blame the other countries for doing the same thing, after france gave them political aids, but whenever they reach out to damage a new country france is right there making sure the damage is in their shape.

Haiti is a s**thole, not on the level of Luton but it's getting there.
things are pretty bad out there, a string of leaders forced out or assassinated, gang crime and corruption is rampant, natural disasters are a regular problem, the economy is in the toilet and there is a lack of food to keep the population going.
