No joke. On the higher difficulties it moved twice or made illegal moves. I uninstalled it and never looked back.
I don't see how you can modify Chess to make it better.
what do you mean man?? they modified chess to 'speed chess' because the 'younger players' felt the need for there to be actual 'closure' 'end game' to the game of chess... it's like it's a RULE that some HAS to win and someone HAS to lose. no other outcomes can exist EVER.
and that's what is considered 'better' no diplomacy, take no prisoners, to the death...
and you wonder why 'speed chess' always ends up with practically an empty board when won.
I have never seen this before. And I didn't know about interplay until fallout 1 and 2
But I'm pretty sure I'd wanna turn off animations, to speed up gameplay.
Yeah... given how long it took a single pawn to kill another pawn. I would want animations off hardcore.
