The Omen Trilogy, should they remake?

I am a big fan of The Omen Trilogy made back in the 70s it was as if the writers knew I was on my way into the world.

Alas Sunday School taught me if you lied it was your birthday you got free smarties.
Where I think the bigger destiny for me was to rise above the common man and lead them into the freedom embracing Jackal instead I spent my growing years getting free smarties.

The films,
The first Omen was pretty scary.
It was well made and it was very sinister.

The remake was good a lot tidier with the story line but missed to me that actual 'horror' aspect the bit that chills the soul.

The second I like it because I saw it before I knew any better.
It's not bad and it carries the story along.
This one could be remade into something very good.

the Third Omen The Final Conflict,
you are not going to find a better Damien than we have already maybe Benedict Camberbatch or Paul Bettany if he hasnt aged too much.

I really want the third one remade.
throw out the normal rules of writing cinema and create something truly chilling.

Who would you put as Damien?
