Welcome to the first OT Cooking Challenge!

What the funk is an OT Cooking Challenge, you say? It's where OT is presented a challenge to partake in a TOGETHERNESS RECIPE! You can make it on your own time and then post your review and PICS!

IT'S LIKE BONDING BY DOING THE SAME EXACT TASK AND EATING THE SAME THING (we're not sure it'll be edible).

"Wow, that's so sweet and wholesome. It's like OT is doing fun stuff with me like the dad I never had." I KNOW!

THIS WEEK IS BANANA CURRY PIZZA. It's a popular delicacy in Sweden and now soon to be down your gullet! unless you're a party pooper, or poor, I'm sry

Step 1 - This pizza must include:

1. Pizza crust
2. A pizza sauce with curry powder or a curry sauce to sub for marinara.
3. Banana
4. The rest of the toppings are up to you!

Step 2:
POST REVIEW WITH PICS.

The experience is that we're eating pizza...with banana and curry, at some point, TOGETHER.

LET'S SEE IF LOVE PREVAILS OR WE FAILS.

It's a gluten free Banza crust, marinara with curry powder, thin banana slices, then mushrooms, green bell peppers, olives, and the ♥♥♥ dollops are Hidden Valley Plant-Powered Ranch because I don't like using vegan cheese because they usually contain coconut oil.

Review: It's not as bad as you'd think. I've had it before, but I put the banana more sporadically and thicker last time. I think with a very thin slice of banana and 1-2 per pizza slice actually adds a hint of a delightful flavor I don't know how to describe.

What I don't really like is the curry powder. Not because it tastes bad, but because what I enjoy about marinara is muffled. I like the strong tangy acid. I want it to hit my throat.

I've had pineapple pizza and I think this is far more enjoyable and tolerable than pineapple.

Over hyping a style doesn't broaden the view.

You took something from a pizzeria and tried to put your swing on it to cause a homerun.
There are Italien restaurants that don't serve pizza for this reason.


If stripped the cheese and blotted the sauce from a Pizza and all was left was the bread since it's been cooked or even except Pie Crust.

Stop adding definitions. Words don't need five volumes for and against.

The pizza actually could potentially be very healthy.

The only thing that should change is if the crust is hhhwhhite to hhhwhhheat and probably cut it's portion down to keep the macronutrient profile in balance.
