What's your opinion on watching movies in VR?

I'm talking about normal 2D movies. You’re in a large cinema, or depending on the environment you pick, you can lie in bed and watch the movie on a huge screen. It feels like you're in a coma with a VR headset attached

Modern VR headsets are too large, cumbersome, and uncomfortable for me to use them for an extended length of time.

I'm intrigued by Bigscreen Beyond[www.bigscreenvr.com] as a slimmer option, but even then you need the lighthouses for positional sensing. I would prefer an inside-out approach.

I'm definitely in the market for a pair of Viture Pro AR glasses[www.viture.com]. They have a narrower FOV, so I wouldn't say they are "VR", persay, but for movies and gaming, they seem ideal.

i do if i can, watching deadpool alone in ciname room, nobody to annoy you with their smartphone, food and other noisy ^_^

I've watched a few 360 movies with my cellphones in a VR headset.

it's fun for short movies but it's get sweaty and uncomfortable after a while , even when you're just sitting and looking around.

I even had a VR game on my phone where you played ping pong and your little racket moved to where you are looking at , it was also fun but not something I"d play for hours.
