Why should I continue to improve if I don't get results?

Why should I continue going to the gym, wear fancier clothes, buy newer cars, and get professional photos when no woman wants to go on a date with me anyway? It appears to me that the effort you put in does not get returned in the dating market. It's rigged and an unfair game from the start. Why play?

I cheat the system by paying for ladies time, and while I'd prefer to have an actual partner I genuinely think this is the only way I can do it. No one cares about me and nothing is changing that.

I know I'm not the only one either, seen plenty forum posts about this male loneliness epidemic both here and on reddit. The darker side of reality, the long forgotten.

doing pushups can increase your T levels, start with 2 sets of 15 (one in the morning and the other 15 set in the afternoon) After one week up it to 20, add 5 extra as the weeks go by and you should see results. Also if you consume anything with soy in it cut that out of your diet.

It's not as if I was a quitter either. I gave it my best shot for a very long time and now I'm sick of it. Swiping away on apps, getting rejected by women in clubs. None of them want to date.

Now I can just get my wallet out and get some fun for an hour or 2 without jumping through all these hoops to fail.

I can't imagine how those are today. I imagine most are just phishing sites, no?

Decades ago when I tried them it was "first date" territory. Rare to find one you want a second date with. You might be better off passing out photos on the street corner.
