Its better to have thousands of micro, small, and medium sized studios than huge corporations behind games. Except for Nintendo® – the love & hate for them is strong.
Idk about that one chief, have you seen how AAA studios are pushing for +$70 USD prices? In few years we might have $100 USD for a pre-order of a broken game filled to the brim with microtransactions or macrotransactions like the horse armor of Diablo 4.
Then there's the absurd GPU's / CPU's prices.
Just play the games one likes and ignore the games one doesn't like. Others do that too.
Truly pathetic how game developer companies would rather tell their actual customers to go ♥♥♥♥ themselves, and lose a ton of money in the process just to placate the purple haired karens so they don't scream and make a mess on social media.
Just compare any SBI game to Skyrim and see diversity is never a problem until it's forced
