People never learn
Like I think pokemon sun/moon/ultra and uhhh.... uhhh...... might be it
and all I got from it was like 20-30 quick balls at the start...
'why work when they buy it anyway' lazy mentality.
I used to pre-order from NISA all the time before they pissed me off. I also pre-ordered from Atlus before they got bought out by Sega.
It is all about needs versus wants when it comes to games.
I agree - Gamer's rushing to pre-order is a problem.
But, paying in advance for a product you can't possible ever own or use as or when you wish... is wrong, too...
If I buy a game today and a developer decides they don't want to make good on their promises, I have zero recourse. They get my money, I get... Well, usually not much resembling the product they made it out to be.
It's all borked-up and we are herds upon which they feed.
