I have just realized that I can eat everything with chopsticks

Yes, I eat rice, meat, vegetables, noodle, hamburger, pasta, pizza, etc.. just by using chopsticks. Haven't countered any problems yet.

Try raw egg, took me a while to master that one. Though I tend to confuse people when I use chopsticks though, because I'm a lefty, so I get funny looks.

Besides soup and other liquid or pasty foods, chopsticks are not the best instrument for many other foods, including, ironically, rice, which is a big pain with chopsticks, if they are cooked loosely, as it is usually the case in the Western world, instead of clumpy as it is the norm in East Asia.

I can't stand most UK tinned soups. Homemade are better.

I've just got into noodles and broth with veg with either chicken or prawns. I have to as a fatal illness is closing and it's a new diet for me.

Good time for me to start with the chopsticks :-)

Yeah chopsticks are fine for that kind of noodle soup. You also get the little soup spoons, like a little ladle I guess.

I have some of those and the tiny bowls but the reality is they are way too small for grown adults. Maybe petite Japanese ladies (or men) but for someone like me ;-)
