Office? Yard work? Warehouse? Construction?
I'm guessing maybe not the latter since you said "shoes" and not boots.
They are crumbled way beyond that.
Yard work mostly. I should get some lightweight boots. More protection from the weeds with the needles on them.
tho I'm sure now that they've been endorsed by adam savage they're selling for like 10000000x what they're worth...
Yeeaaahh be careful of endorsed/sponsered junk like that, because they will absolutely be overpriced.
If you're from western Canada, I know the Pacific Northwest allegedly has some of the best bootmakers in the world. TONS of boot companies around there. Might be worth looking into.
I would also recommend this Youtube Channel called "Rose Anvil" to both of you. He cuts boots/shoes in half and inspects the build quality of them. Very informative channel and he's the only one insane enough to destroy $80,000 worth of shoes and counting.
edit: is that the channel that got harassed by youtube for cutting a WW2 nazi boot in half?
