What does this Roman Numeral means?

Can somebody please help me finding out wich numeral this is?
I understand Roman numerals but I don't know what those (( and )) mean.

The Roman Numeral:

((I))I))(I)(I)((((LXXY

I hope this will help me discover what it means.

The parenthesis are for large numbers. For example ((I)) is 10 000.

I have no idea what ((((L or Y mean though as I have never seen them used anywhere.

Y represents the number 150, even though it's not exactly among the original roman numerals.
