Leafo's Silent Hill: The Otherside of Life is one of the scariest L4D2 maps out there.

Game:Call of Cthulhu:Dark Corners of the Earth.

Hard to pick just one for each.
Movie: Jacob's Ladder, or Silence of the Lambs.
Music: A few of Diablo 1's music tracks. The baby crying in the background, the whole dark vibe.
Game: Call of Cthulhu, definitely. I'd even say Thief: The Dark Project. A lot of those levels were terrifying! I still get chills hearing those chains rattle, and that awful laughter...

I wish I could name some, but i've yet to find a movie or video game that genuinely scares me through atmosphere and storyline rather than through cheap jump scares.

Music: The closest thing I have to scary music would either be the Pink Floyd album The Wall, or some of the tracks from the soundtrack of the third silent hill game.
Game: Silent Hill (PS1) I hate those damn squeakers from the school level.

i dont watch much movies but a game that recently made me scared was SCP-087

How about TV shows? Boobahs for me. Essentially a kids show about walking boobs that mind control kids into sacrificing their grandparents to a swirling vortex of doom, that carries them to acid trip land. Search it up on youtube if you're curious.
