Tunngle VPN (LAN Simulator)

Has anyone tried a LAN simulator? Its meant to create a LAN connection over the net so you're game thinks you and friends are sitting with each other on a LAN. I want to get Red Faction Guerrilla working for LAN and wonder if Tunngle, or another option, will work.

I use Tunngle currently, I use to use Hamachi, I also use to use Wippien. I use a few other VPN software as well... A couple of my friends and I tried Teamviewer VPN adapter... but that cannot work in class restricted games. We also tried SSH tunnels.

It works mostly for everygame.. EXCEPT GFWL games... Microsofts LAN requires all clients have to have less than 30ms ping.. if you have higher you are kicked from the lobby.
If RFG has been stripped of GFWL then it should work provided it still has a functional LAN section.
