Doom 3 - a mix of low & high gore
Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie Army - a different type of gore, very graphic showing what a bullet can do to the human body/zombies in slow motion
Dead Island - not super gorey but has more than most games on steam
Tomb Raider (2013) - has some violent death scenes, not super gorey
Call of Duty World at War - the only uncensored gorey multiplayer game i've found & also has single player, can roast enemy & dogs with flamethrower & limbs fly off when hit with nades or artillery etc, can be run over by tanks
Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 - similar to COD WAW but a little cleaner, can roast enemies with a flame thrower & body parts fly off when hit with nades or artillery
GTA IV - a pretty mature realistic gritty game with violent deaths & accidents at times
Most games seem to avoid gore no matter how violent they are.
damn you, brb gonna go play 4 hours of it ...
Fallout 1,2,3,Nw Especially if you grab bloody mess perk.
The Punisher (try to find uncensor patch)
Serious Sam 1st 2nd encounter and BFE is pretty gory.
Dead Rising 2.
The graphics are kind of old, but with that mod included it's probably the goriest thing I have ever witnessed
