I'm visiting Vietnam and just wondering if Steam is available

I'm just wondering if it's available says it's not, but the articles are from 2024 and just wondering if the restrictions have changed at all since then

uhhh, i am fairly certain it is? there is a streamer i watched maybe 1-2 years ago who moved from korea to vietnam to live with some friends for awhile. he was able to use steam, and riot client and blizzard client and such.

What about as of now in 2025.
Do you know this streamer and does they still live in Vietnam?

You can still download and play games already in your library, and access features like the workshop, though access can depend on your specific ISP.

the streamer is cowsep, a league of legends streamer. no, he moved back to korea some time ago. but i am unsure if things have changed in vietnam past few years, you would have to research elsewhere
