disapearing topic anoyance

I frigging hate people posting topics.. me typing a responce.. and when clicking post.. it says cannot post.. and when i refresh.. topic gone..

super anoying..

don't confuse the exchange rate of a currency for the strenght of a currency.

the strenght of a currency is in how much it inflates vs other currencies.
basicly if you set every currency in the worlds value vs every other currency in the world.
**than you get the isolated valye of the increase or decrease of that currency thats not dependent on one other currency dropping or rising.

for example if now I get 1.17 usd for 1 euro where a year ago I got 1.07 usd.. is that because the euro got stronger or the dollar got weaker...


now set both currencies against a basket of every currency in the world.. and you see the usd has decreased... but the euro has not increased...

thus you measure currency strenght...

another way of measuring currency strenght is gold... if we accept that gold is always equal in value (which is historically true.. the same amount of gold still buys the same things as it did 300 years ago..)
than looking how much gold my currency buys.. shows how much it has become weaker vs last year.
-< than you can set that vs how much gold everybodies elses currency buys over time.. and thus can compare if relative to eachother they gained or lost..

Yeah it is annoying when topics disappear. It seems I have a tendency to post in topics that get modded.

sadly true.. and first they were merely goons (chinese people paid by chinese goverment to defend china online).. and trolls.. but I suspect a large part of topics on steam now are made by bots...

(when you try and post a topic yourself like I did today with the taiwan topic.. suddenly you see a surge in pro russia and pro china topics.. seconds later.. stuff like that is clear bot/good behaviour.

You may well be right in this one Sir, as well as the guy who followed up on your stance: their government *does* tend to do that, yet they'd have no NEED TO had they been governing with basic common sense.
I mean, population reduction really does amount to treason by the regional government, and merits justified rebukes and loss of face on their leaders' parts! If you are *that* dumb as a head of state to even legalize baby-murder, you get what you asked for! And those who accuse them in public are being both gentle and oddly enough: their leaders' best friends. Tis their leaders' *enemies* who want that silenced., go figure!
