Linux could do it but then what about most of my library?
They showed their hand big time by making 7 to 10 a free upgrade. They're spending more money on legacy versions than they're making from upgrades. At a point they just won't even bother, since they have other cash cows these days.
Weird, huh?
And the task bar icons are centered, so of course it's better.
Everyone saying that having centered icons is worse is a liar.
Contact these guys, they don't bite. They can tell you everything you need to know about Linux and all its flavors. Subscribe to their channel too. They talk about Steam, video games and a variety of topics. They also have a sense of humor.

Lol. You can still brute force windows 7 into receiving security updates. Windows defender is also mid, I'd suggest using Kaspersky.
As for linux? I've been a linux user for like 2 years and I don't think it'll win me over any time soon, not until I see better parity with some of the software I use currently.
Actually, there might have been a VHS release too.
my computer was recent enough to come with windows 8.1 , it din't have a TPM and doesn't have a socket to install one.
Even a 10 years old pc it can do everything a modern PC does.
why the ♥♥♥♥ should everyone buy a new PC every 3 or 4 years to just do the same exact thing then before ? for me it's insanely ridiculous.
and you know , VHS been on the market for about 20 years ... you could have brought a vhs player in the 80's and still be using it to watch movies in the early 2000's.
Who told you this? Because they're wrong.
Windows 11 was suppose to be a Windows 10 update, but they added all the Secure Boot features that limited the number of machines it can actually run on (without working around the SB) so they made it a point release.
But it's Windows 10. Plus.
