Acetylsalicylic acid, diphenhydramine, isobutylphenylpropionic acid, 3-Methylmorphine.

Pretty straight forward. No wizardry, only ancient languages.

My absolute favourite is dihydrogenmonoxide.

This could apply to anything you are not used with, really. Foreign words, dictionary terms, etc.

Might need some Hexametaphosphatidylhydrochloroketaquine to deal with side effects. One in the morning and evening.
