No they'd probably just leave us alone

Even ignoring the blimps/whatever from a few months back were obviously not aliens, for the sake of argument let's pretend that they were. I highly doubt they'd be interested in visiting us considering the first thing they were greeted to upon sending satellites, was hostile and immediate takedowns.

Come along and take over for us?
Maybe Martians could do
Better than we've done
We'll make great pets"

Alien term is vast it could be a exteremely intelligent form capable of space travel like most enjoy to imagine but also just animals or bacteria even who are unable to do anything even maybe a similar as advanced civilisation as ours sooo

Assuming that they will see human cute enough to keep as pets.
I think they will just annihilate humans and keep cats as pet instead.

probably more valuable as bio mater... not a lot of that in space.

Nope, my guess is they would have "better" use for us than that.

If they disliked us the chances of us being exterminated would be the greater option.

Other races out in space would be the first options when it comes to pets (like in battle).

It's very unlikely that most people are going to understand aliens just from movies & such.

Think about it. We're only AD 2023. Inspired by the 25 trillion topic, the universe never create all planets on the same year. Death and newborn stars are observed today. There is no limit in timeline difference.

Aliens can easily be 25,000,000 years ahead of us. The range is so large, it can even be year 1,000,000,000,000. To get another year 2023 competitor is almost impossible. Roll a random number and it's easily 50,000,000,000+-.

2023 is seriously nothing compare to the age of the universe. We've only just started, we're like a smallest noob dust in this game.
Don’t you need proof to believe any of this:riddler:

No, humans would be farmed and harvested for an intergalactic fast food restaurant chain.

oh ya... I'm sure they've love people...

aliens land like "ALL YOUR BASE IS BELONG TO US!"

all the protest groups just grab their signs and start marching towards them like 'HUMAN RIGHTS MATTER!!"

hmm... yes.

We already are their pets. We've been their pets since our creation. Except we aren't fuzzy, cuddly pets for their companionship. We're more like the ants in a child's ant farm, where the ants remain unaware of their 'owner'.

Yeah, there kinda is. You need at least a Population I star for heavy metals, which means there need be two previous generations of stars, first. Heavy metals are necessary for technological progress.

If aliens were real, they would be stuck in their own solar system - like we are.

But if they made it, doubt they'd be interested in what's happening on OT. It sure would be cool to see how they stored info in their cells - like our DNA. I wonder what elements it would use. And their source of energy. That's assuming they're biological.

assuming aliens even have weird little bone things protruding into their maybe face maybe holes...

for all you know they have inverse mouths that are just like flesh sticks covered with spikes... and they just club you to death with them and then absorb your juices...
